Abia Guber Poll: Ikpeazu floors Alex Otti As PDP retains Abia State

Dr Okeize Ikpeazu of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) has won the Abia state gubernatorial election.

Dr Ikpeazu was declared winner by INEC having polled 264,173 votes ahead of Dr Alex Otti, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) who got 180,882 votes

Total votes cast in the the election was 462,684, while 9,440 votes were rejected.
