The accused, who resides in Ojoku around Olodi-Apapa, is facing a charge of murder.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Emmanuel Ajayi, told the court that the offence was committed on April 7, at No. 24, Ojoku Street, Olodi Apapa in Lagos.

The plea of the accused was not taken by the court.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr O.O. Olatunji ordered that the accused be remanded at the Ikoyi Prison pending the receipt of legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
