Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho has slammed Belgium coach, Marc Wilmots, over his recent comments on his tactics and midfielder Eden Hazard.
Marc Wilmots had earlier hit at Jose Mourinho’s tactics saying it was bound to burn out the Belgian International, Hazard, before the start of the 2016 European Championships, adding that it would be in Hazard’s best interest to move away from the Stamford Bridge to Real Madrid.
Mourinho had left out Hazard from his squad that tackled Aston Villa last week in the 2-0 victory at home, due to his recent poor performances. But played the midfielder in the goalless draw in the UEFA Champions League away to Dynamo Kiev mid-week.
Mourinho responded angrily to Wilmots’ remarks saying, “The national team is the national team and the coach is the coach.
“When Hazard is in the national team I don’t open my mouth. Ever. But some people don’t have the same ethics and comment when the players are at the club,” he added.
