Popular Nigerian actor Aremu Afolayan has taken to social media to apologize for insulting government officials in a series on video shared on Instagram. it was earlier reported that the actor had shared the videos over a terrible experience at Lagos airport.

The actor had made complains in his videos after officials at the airport rejected his sister who is a French citizen. He had claimed that the officials rejected her passport and told her to get a Nigerian passport before she could travel to France.

However, the actor had received some backlash from some Nigerian socialites. it was also reported that a socialite had stated that the actor was disrespectful to government officials in his videos.

Aremu Afolayan recently released another series of videos, apologizing for his outburst. The Actor also revealed that the issue with passport had been solved.

According to him, his outburst was for the betterment of Nigeria. He also thanked everyone for their support and help during the period.

The talented actor went ahead to thank and appreciate airport officials who helped him out and solved the issue for the lady.

Meanwhile, the prolific actor Joseph Benjamin who is quite famous for his role in Mr And Mrs, is no doubt good at interpreting roles down to the later. Following his features in many high quality Nollywood films, it appears his ‘ministry is moving’.

The actor has branched out in Hollywood and is currently on an international TV drama produced by popular American talk show host, Oprah Winfrey.
