The anti-graft agency brought the embattled clergyman before Justice M. O. Ishola on charges bordering on obtaining by false pretence, forgery and altering of document, Nigerian eye reports.
Pastor Moses’ ordeal began after complaints by one Adeyemi Ronke Bola, accusing him of collecting over N1.2 million from her, under the pretence that he would help her secure travel documents, only for him to give her a forged airline ticket and visa.
The ‘Man of God’ pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against him.
Having listened to both counsels, Justice Ishola opposed the oral bail application of the defence and asked that a formal bail application be filed.
He later adjourned the case to 12th of July and ordered that the defendant be remanded in prison custody pending the resolution of bail.
