Manchester United midfielder, Ander Herrera has stated that he has been having the time of his life at the Old Trafford club since his move in the 2014/2015 season.
Manchester United under former manager, David Moyes, made a failed attempt at signing the 26 year old Spaniard from Athletic Bilbao in the 2013/2014 season.
However, current coach Louis van Gaal succeeded in bringing Herrera to the Red Devils camp, and he has been very instrumental to the recovery of the team following the forgettable David Moyes era.
Herrera scored 8 goals in 31 appearances fro Manchester United last season and has picked up from where he stopped with 3 goals in 9 appearances in the new season.
While speaking with Sky Sports ahead of the Manchester derby, Herrera said, “I am ambitious, I want to play better and better. I am improving, when you love football you are always thinking about getting better. I can improve a lot.
“My aim is to try to play as many games as possible and to help the team. I am very happy with my development. I am living the dream – I am playing for Manchester United, for one of the best in the world,” he added.
