Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo has finally revealed he misses playing alongside former Manchester United teammate and current Red Devils captain, Wayne Rooney.

The duo were star attackers under the Sir Alex Ferguson team at Old Trafford that went on to win three English Premier League titles, one UEFA Champions League in 2008 and one FA Cup together, before Ronaldo’s big-money move to Spanish giants, Real Madrid in 2009.

The current World Best player said, “I miss playing with Rooney. Maybe we can play again together some day.”

“He was the kid of England. Everybody loved him. He was so powerful; I was calling him pitbull. The power of Wayne Rooney is his mentality and strength and he never stops.

“He’s a fantastic team player and he scores! He’s a fantastic boy and he helped me a lot when he came to join us in Manchester,” he added.
