Nigerian rapper, Panshak Zamani, popularly referred to as Ice Prince, has left his long-term record label Chocolate City.
The Jos-born artist made the announcement on Thursday in an interview on popular radio station 96.9 Cool FM.
The ‘Aboki’ crooner explained that his contract had expired two years ago but due to the healthy relationship he has with the label owners, he decided not to publicize it.
Ice-Prince, who is set to drop his third studio album titled ‘Jos To The World’, revealed he will announce his own record label, ‘Super Cool Cats’ soon.
He becomes the third act to announce departure from Chocolate City in the past 6 months.
It was reported that in the past two years the 29-year-old removed every public affiliation linking him with Chocolate City, including his social media handles.
