With the dust yet to settle on their recent Twitter beef-storm, Nigerian music star Wizkid has dropped a major shade on industry arch-rival Davido.
Thesheet.ng can reliably report that the new beef may have been sparked by a line in a new song Davido dropped recently with Olamide, ‘Summer Body’, which many have said was targeted at Wizkid.

“With our Yankee passport/Dem say we local/You better catch up/I go see you later,” Davido sang, allegedly referencing Wizkid’s previous shade where the Starboy branded him a local artist.
Not one to let things slide, Wizkid took to Twitter earlier today to do major damage:
“My people make una remember say Yankee passport no be baba blue, e no dey cure frog voice.”

Cue total chaos.
For people who are supposedly label mates with Sony Music Entertainment, the two-acts are surely going for the jugular of each other and hitting where it hurts most.
Time will tell how these differences between the two biggest Nigerian acts iron out.
