Arsenal were held to a draw on Sunday at the Emirates stadium by a sturdy Tottenham side in a premier league game.
Wimmer’s own goal from Ozil’s free-kick in the first half launched Arsenal to the top of the league before Harry Kane’s goal from the spot brought them back down.
Speaking after the game, Arsenal Manager, Arsene Wenger said: “It’s two points lost. It was a game of high intensity where we looked like scoring. But we looked flat in the second half.”
“We gave absolutely everything but we weren’t as sharp as we could have been physically in the final stages of the game.”
Arsenal now sit 3rd on the table, behind leaders Chelsea and second placed Manchester City. Liverpool will shoot to the top if they win their game.
