UNPROFESSIONAL! Sex Worker In Soup For Taking Customer’s Naked Photos [LOOK]

A commercial sex worker, Hilda Davids, has been docked before an Ikeja Magistrates’ Court sitting in Lagos State for allegedly taking nude photos of one of her customer after rounds of sex in a hotel room.

The 27-year-old who resides in the Ikeja area of the state appeared before the court on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 and was arraigned on a two-count charge of intent to extort by blackmail and to steal.

She however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.

The prosecutor, Simeon Imhonwa, narrated to the court that the accused committed the offences at 11p.m. on April 28 at Isaac John Street, Ikeja.

According to him, she had gone to enjoy herself with the complainant, Chukwuemeka Ofoegwu, in a hotel on the fateful day and subsequently took photos of him while he was naked without his consent.

It was also learnt that the accused sent threat messages to the complainant’s cell phone and also swore to post the pictures on the social media if he refused to pay her the sum of N5 million.

The offences contravened Sections 299 and 300 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 (revised).

The Chief Magistrate, B.O. Osunsanmi, granted the accused bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum who must be gainfully employed and should also provide evidence of two years tax payment to the Lagos State Government.

The Magistrate further adjourned the case until July 12 for hearing.
